**TJ introduced her fiancé, Page Clark!
**The gallery show ‘Crease” is currently in session at Commonwheel thru Nov 3.
**Retreat check in is 4 pm. Helpers are asked to show up at 3 pm. Bring snacks and/or drinks of your choosing. 3 meals a day will be offered, and we’ll have the evenings free to work on projects. An updated supply list went out via email.
**We will have a year in review for our November meeting. Please bring a project you’ve been working on and/or have completed in Foundational.

**Nancy Anderson brought signed copies of the book she recently illustrated to purchase, along with samples of the work she did for a Rick Paulus workshop via Zoom- Futuacha, a piece titled Loss, and random-marked artwork all done with a B3 nib.
**Tom stole the show with his standard Proverb of the month, but showed slides of the large mural he did for the local Catholic church featuring clouds and rays of light streaming from a dove-very impressive! He also lettered a slab of slate as a memorial to the unborn for the church as well.
**Kathy brought an original paper cutting for October and a colored finished piece. She had also cut animal images out of an eraser-like rubber for stamps.
**Kristi brought a framed quote lettered in a slightly funky Foundational.
Evening Presentation:
**Sherry was discharged from the hospital only hours before our meeting with asthma, so Cyndi stepped in and up to take her place. Sherry had an exemplar by Mike Kesig for us to follow. We used a straight pen holder with a pointed nib of our choice to letter the minuscules in order as well as the capitals.
